Buongiorno to Sergio Rossi x PUMA collection
PUMA’s Clyde sneaker is getting a boost into the couture lane thanks to Italian designer Sergio Rossi. The new Puma x Sergio Rossi collection reinterprets the original 1973 Clyde sneaker style, giving it a fresh new feel through the usage of luminous satin fabric and the focus on rich jewel tone-inspired hues like silver (a color they dubbed “Argent”), sapphire blue (the “Colette Blue” shade), and pink topaz (called “Burgeoinvillier”). Those ladies who like a bit of a boost will appreciate the high-heeled lace-up shoes, which are appropriately sporty with their white rubber platform and chunky heel. A similar, high-heeled Mary-Jane style with a velcro strap is also available if you prefer a shoe with greater breathability.
According to Freshnessmag.com the shoes are available at Colette in Paris starting today. Talk about “staying on track like a box of PUMAs” (a Lil Wayne lyric from “We Takin’ Over,” in case it went over your head). With these, you’ll be setting your own track record, a’ight?
