Inspired by the sport of tennis, the third collaboration between DC Shoes and Lemar and Dauley, the Xander, incorporates mesh material along the heel, tongue, and ankle, mimicking the strings on tennis rackets, while the clear sole is a reference to the reflective nylon material used to make these cords. Other tennis-based motifs include the leather trim around the edges, which mirrors the taping around the racket's handle. The insoles, meanwhile, feature a graphic of a playing field.
The limited-edition Lemar and Dauley Xander, avaiable in red and blue, hits stores on May 1st.
