The Fit And Fab Life — Athleisure Segment On Telemundo NY’s “Acceso Total”
‘Tis the season of eggnog, sugar cookies, pumpkin pies, and all things that taste nice but have a naughty amount of calories. In order to make it through the holidays without piling on the pounds or winding up with yet another fitness-related New Year’s resolution, it’s important to remain active and maintain a regular exercise regimen. If you need an added incentive before lacing up for that morning jog or venturing to a ballet barre, yoga, or kickboxing class, consider that fashion can sometimes be an excellent motivator. When your workout clothes are chic enough, you’ll want a reason to wear them! Besides, the latest crop of athletic-minded fashion is so edgy, it transitions seamlessly from the gym to the street, blurring the line between work and play and making a fit lifestyle that much easier to attain. To that end, I stopped by Telemundo NY’s “Acceso Total” earlier this morning to host a fashion show featuring “athlesiure” looks styled by yours truly!
You can check out the segment above. Even host Victoria Sosa got into the spirit and changed into some Cynthia Rowley Fitness gear for the segments, wearing a pair black-and-white floral print leggings ($138 at CynthiaRowley.com) and a black, close-fitting, long-sleeved performance shirt with oversize hearts emblazoned along the shoulders and arms ($118 at CynthiaRowley.com) For more details on what each model is wearing, read on!
